VERAMELINDA Jewelry is handcrafted using materials selected for each individual design. These may include stainless steel, sterling silver, glass beads, glass pearls, acrylic components, wood, charms, chains, cords, and other jewelry findings. Sterling silver is used selectively, not in every piece —Materials vary, so customers should review the description provided with each piece or contact us via email or Chatbox, with questions before purchasing.
Most VERAMELINDA Jewelry designs are created with components identified by our suppliers as nickel-free. Some specialty spacers, charms, or mixed-metal components may not carry a confirmed nickel-free designation.
Customers with known metal sensitivities may submit a question through our website chat or email before purchasing so the materials used in a particular piece can be reviewed.
Measurements will be included with products whenever possible. For bracelets, necklaces, anklets, rings, or custom pieces, please review the listed size carefully or provide your preferred measurement before ordering.
Questions about sizing may be submitted through our website chat, online contact form, or email.
Many VERAMELINDA Jewelry designs are one-of-a-kind or created in limited quantities. To ask whether a similar design can be created, submit a request through our website chat, online contact form, or email.
Exact duplication may not be possible, but a coordinating or inspired version may be available depending on the materials currently in stock.
VERAMELINDA Jewelry accepts a limited number of custom and personalized requests based on scheduling, material availability, and project suitability. All design details—including colors, measurements, reference photographs, price, and completion date—must be confirmed in writing before work begins. A nonrefundable deposit or advance payment is required for approved custom orders.
Each VERAMELINDA Jewelry design begins with an idea, color combination, material, theme, or desired style. For custom orders, we discuss the customer’s preferences, size, budget, occasion, and requested completion date before confirming the design. A deposit or full payment may be required before materials are purchased or work begins. Because every piece is handmade, slight variations may occur.

Repair requests are reviewed individually. We primarily repair jewelry originally created by VERAMELINDA Jewelry. To request a repair review, submit clear photographs and a description of the damage through our website chat, online contact form, or email. Repair availability and cost will depend on the condition of the piece and whether suitable replacement materials are available.
Proper care will help preserve the beauty and condition of your jewelry. Keep each piece away from perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, excessive moisture, and prolonged sunlight. Remove jewelry before bathing, swimming, exercising, or sleeping, and store each piece separately in a clean, dry place.
Precious and Semi-Precious Stones
Gently wipe stones with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, extreme temperatures, prolonged sunlight, and soaking. Because stones vary in hardness and sensitivity, use only gentle cleaning methods unless specific care instructions are provided.
Stainless Steel
Clean stainless-steel components with warm water and mild soap when necessary. Rinse or wipe carefully, then dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Although stainless steel is durable and resistant to tarnishing, it can still become scratched.
Glass and Crystal Beads
Wipe gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid chemicals, perfumes, lotions, hard impacts, and sudden temperature changes that could damage the surface or cause breakage.
Wood, Resin, and Acrylic Components
Clean gently with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not soak these materials or expose them to harsh cleaning products. Wood and resin pieces should be dried immediately if they become damp.
Sterling Silver Components
Use a soft silver-polishing cloth to remove light tarnish and restore shine. Avoid abrasive cleaners that may scratch the metal or damage nearby beads and decorative components.
For jewelry made with several different materials, follow the care instructions for the most delicate component. Questions about caring for a particular piece may be submitted through our website chat or email.
Yes. VeraMelinda Jewelry offers handcrafted jewelry created with careful attention to design, materials, color, texture, and detail. Many pieces are individually designed and assembled by hand, which means some items may be one-of-a-kind or available only in very limited quantities. Slight variations may occur in handmade pieces and are part of what makes each creation unique.
Materials vary by design and may include natural gemstones and semi-precious stones, stainless steel, glass and crystal beads, resin, leather, wax cord, metal components, decorative elements, and other jewelry-making materials. Because every design is different, the specific materials used in each piece are identified in that product's description whenever possible.
Yes. VeraMelinda Jewelry accepts select custom jewelry requests. Custom work is based on design feasibility, available materials, scheduling, and the type of piece requested. Because custom pieces are created specifically for the customer, custom, personalized, altered, resized, or specially commissioned jewelry is final sale. Please visit our Custom Jewelry page or contact us by email to discuss your request.
