Our Design team consistently creates unique, one-of-a-kind jewelry pieces for our website. When creating custom jewelry, we start by consulting with the client to understand their vision and style preferences. Based on this conversation, our Design Team creates sketches to visualize the design. Once the design is approved, we source materials and begin crafting the piece by hand. Please note that full payment is required before the final design process can begin.

We assess repair requests on a case-by-case basis, considering the reason for the repair. We only accept repair requests for VMJ Original Jewelry. If the item has been altered in any way, we cannot grant the repair request. Please contact our VMJ Customer Service Department for more information on the repair process and pricing.

While we do not yet have a working return policy, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. We are willing to assess any return request on a case-by-case basis. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, please contact our VeraMelinda Jewelry Message Line within 1-3 days of receiving your VMJ products to voice your concerns. We want all of our customers to be satisfied with their purchase and will work with you to find a suitable solution.
